pennant banner pattern & how to

You'll need..
3 inch wide twill tape.. (yardage will depend on how long you want your banner to be..)
fabric for flags
matching thread
download my flag pattern

first cut out all your flags.. for 6 flags.. cut 12
with cut flags, wrong sides facing.. stitch around the edges at 1/4 seam.. leaving a raw edge.. trim all loose threads.


then you'll need to press your twill tape in half


once your twill tape is pressed.. arrange your flags in the order/pattern you'd like..
and pin flags into place.


now your ready to stitich! remove your needles as you stitch.. and you're done!
